Minimum
age is 16. Between 16 and 18 a signed parental permission is required.

When
sending the inscription form a deposit of one week course is required
to guarantee you a place on the course. The deposit will be deducted
from the full payment of the course. The deposit will be reimbursed
if a written cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to the beginning
of the course. Payments made be made as follows:

- Full
payment must be made within the first three days of the course, if
it has not been finalised before your arrival.
- The
company reserves the right to cancel the inscription:
a)
if the payment is not carried out or
b)
when a student does not abide by the general conditions or has inappropriate
behaviour

Prices
include class material and activities indicated (transports and
entrance to museums and monuments).

Bed
linen is provided by the host family.

Courses
begin on Mondays and finish on Fridays. Lessons are from 10 a.m.
to 13:30 or in the afternoon from 16:00 to 19:30. Bank holidays:
1st and 6th January; 19th, 24th, 25th March; 6th, 31th May; 15th
August; 12th October; 1st November; 6th, 8th and 26th December.
The local Holidays are 6th May and 2nd September. During the summer
the lessons may take place outside the classrooms.

All
students who attend regularly receive a Participation Certificate.
A Qualified
Certificate is issued to those participants who have taken part
in the two-weekly tests. This certificate gives both a precise description
of the course programme level and the grade obtained.

Our
services are governed by the General Conditions and the Common Law
for the rendering of services and for the standardisation of Consumers
Rights.
